Be among the first to taste our 2025 Limited Release Barrel Aged Negroni – a bold, complex collaboration with acclaimed Margaret River winemaker Mr Barval.

Join us for an exclusive afternoon tasting hosted by Republic’s Head Distiller Tom Hutchings and Mr Barval Winemaker Rob Gherardi. You’ll enjoy side-by-side pours of Mr Barval’s Nebbia, last year’s Negroni, and this year’s release – plus light snacks and the chance to take a bottle home.
